Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Rental Dragon. By using the Rental Dragon website (the Site), you are agreeing to the following terms:

You agree not to collect or harvest information about users including addresses or phone numbers without consent

You agree not to copy content from the site including images or trademarks

You agree to receive periodic emails from the Site regarding orders, important site informaitons and fees if applicable.

You will not hold Rental Dragon/3 Bourdas LLC responsible for the performance of business owners/vendors registered on this Site. Transactions are between customers (purchasers) and business owners (those providing services).

Vendor registration lengths are one year in length and are paid annually and are due on the date of registration. All items posted will be displayed to all users as long as the account registration term has not expired.

Vendors/business owners agree to pay the Site/3 Bourdas LLC a fee for each transaction equal to the total dollar amount of each transaction mulitlied by the commission amount of 3%

The commission amount on this Site can be changed at any time.

Manual billing of commission amounts due must be paid monthly. If invoices are not paid, Rental Dragon/Bourdas LLC reserves the right to disable delinquent accounts. Upon the payment of fees due, the account will become active again.

Commissions paid by vendors are non refundable whether vendors/business owners perform services purchased by customers or not.

Vendors/business owners who receive payments through this site are responsible to collect and pay sales tax to the appropriate taxing authority. Rental Dragon does not collect payments for business owners or vendors for services performed.

You will hold Rental Dragon/3 Bourdas LLC harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, mfade by any third party due to or arising from your breach of this agreement or your violation of the law or the rights of a third party.

You will hold Rental Dragon/3 Bourdas LLC harmless from any damages from the use or negligence of services, equipment, or products purchased or rented from business owners/vendors registered on this Site.
